SITE-BASED MENTORING

In site-based mentoring programs, volunteers and children meet for one-to-one mentoring in the classroom, school library, school computer room, neighborhood community center, or other set location. Volunteers and children meet one lunch hour a week to read together, play sports or computer games, or simply talk about life and personal issues – just as friends do.

This program is currently enrolling mentors at Progress Elementary School, Grant Elementary School and Michael Anderson Elementary School only.
