Volunteer to Start Something
Want to volunteer but don't have the time to become a BIG? No
As a nonprofit organization, we are always in need of more hands. We have many exciting events throughout the year and we also need help around the office.
We are looking for community volunteers to shop for school clothes with a Little whose Big is not able to attend. Littles will bring with them a Parent Consent Form that will help guide the volunteer as to sizes and needs. Littles will be given a $100.00 gift card to purchase the clothes with. Fred Meyer is generous and often time gives coupons and additional discounts for this event The Shopping Blitz is Saturday, August 6thst at the Fred Meyer on Thor/Freya. Check in is at 7:30am, with the event starting at 8am.
This is a rather quick event that takes about 60-90 minutes total and should be finished between 9:30-10am.

2. Roaring 20’s Benefit Gala: BBBS fall Benefit Gala will be taking place at The Lincoln Center, the night will include dinner, raffle, live auction and 1920’s fun.
BBBS needs a lot of volunteers to pull of this event, we are looking for 40 volunteers to help with the wine wall, live auction, registration, check out, raffle and dessert auction. If you or your company would like to get involved this is a really fun event to be a part of. Volunteer at this event will include volunteer party and volunteer raffle.
